Buy Now and Refinance Later

As of today the consensus is to buy now and refinance later. There is some good logic behind this as the number of potential buyers has dwindled due to the higher rates. Those that need to sell now are being more flexible with the purchase price and possibly helping to lower your closing costs or even the interest rate. If predictions come true with lower rates in the future then demand will increase driving up the purchase prices. Should this come true then you could benefit by refinancing to a lower rate and improving the terms of your loan due to the appreciation of your home from now until then.
