I am always shocked when I see a credit card offer with a rate over 29% once the intro rate expires. I am seeing credit card rates ranging from 21 to over 30% in some cases. If you have large credit card balances, an auto loan or unsecured loan with a high interest rate, a new debt consolidation loan using the equity in your home may be a good solution.
